What animals does Dr. Baker adjust?

Horses, cows, donkeys, dogs, cats, bunnies, sheep, pig, goats, chickens and turkeys.

Do you adjust people when you come to my place or just animals?

Yes, if your animals are getting adjusted. She does not travel to homes for just people.

Why do I need a vet referral signed?

Texas law requires a Texas licensed Chiropractor to get approval from a veterinarian because we are not veterinarians. There are some instances when an animal should not be adjusted and they know that better than a Chiropractor.

Do you travel to my area?

We travel to you within a 2-3 mile radius. We do require more than 10
animals to travel those longer distances. We have a travel fee of $50 if more than 25 miles. A travel of $25 if under 25 miles.

Can I trailer my horse or animal to you?

You can not trailer your horse at this time because we don’t have a designated location for Dr. Baker to adjust at.

Can my horse be ridden the same day or next day after an adjustment?

It is best for your horse to have 24-72 hours off work after an adjustment so they can process it.

How long does an adjustment take for my horse?

It typically takes 30-45 for large animals and 15-20 min for small animals.

Do you do emergency calls?

We do offer emergency call outs for a $250 fee.

Is Dr. Baker a vet?

Dr. Lauren Baker is not a vet. She is a Texas licensed Chiropractor certified to adjust animals through Parker Chiropractic animal program.

How much does an adjustment cost?

How many adjustments does my animal need to have?

Typically, this depends on how long your animal has been dealing with this issue. It could be 2-3 visits, but sometimes more are needed for more chronic situations.
